Simon & Schuster is seeking a Manager, Social Media & Audience Growth to help grow our audiences by creating compelling social-first content, identifying emerging platform opportunities, and bringing our books into the cultural conversation.
Reporting to the VP, Content Marketing & Brand Development, this role serves as both a platform strategist and content creator—leading the day-to-day strategy and execution for TikTok, TikTok Shop, and YouTube while helping define how readers discover Simon & Schuster's books across emerging platforms.
Working across every publishing division, you'll collaborate with marketers, publicists, authors, creators, and internal partners to identify compelling stories, amplify frontlist and backlist titles, create engaging original content, and connect books with new audiences.
Platform Strategy & Daily Programming
You'll lead both the strategy and day-to-day execution for Simon & Schuster's corporate presence organic across TikTok and YouTube while also supporting social commerce needs for the TikTok, YouTube and Meta shopping platforms. This includes:
